RETURN & REFUND POLICY

jakeloshop.com appreciates every purchase you make, and with our commitment to "customer first, quality first, and service first", we want you to love what you order! However, in the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied, please take advantage of our cancellation policy and return service.

Cancellation Policy.

Our products can be cancelled at any time during the payment period. As well as when you have completed payment, you can contact our customer service at [email protected]jakeloshop.com to cancel your order, if our items have been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel the order. No cancellation requests will be accepted for any custom or special products (not stock size products) once production has begun.

Cancellation before payment


1. Login to "My Account" and click on "My Orders".
2. Select the order number you wish to cancel.
3. Click on "Delete this order" and confirm that you want to cancel it.

Cancellation after payment


Please note that we may provide appropriate cancellation policies or address customer inquiries depending on the product category.
1. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will receive a full refund.
2. Orders cancelled more than 24 hours after payment is confirmed will be eligible for a partial refund, including the full shipping cost and 60% of the product purchase price.
3. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Note: Deductions are for re-shelving/processing costs.

Return Policy


We encourage you to inspect your package thoroughly when you get it and verify that the item is what you shopped for.
If you are exchanging/returning items, please make sure they are in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.


For defective products

(This occurs when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise defective)
We are very sorry that you received an unsatisfactory or damaged product, and in this case we will issue a full refund. However, it must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the goods and it needs to be proven that the goods themselves were damaged when they were received.
If it is found to be damaged because the customer thought it was, we are sorry, but this is not included in our refund policy.
The buyer will be responsible for all costs incurred and there will be no refunds.

Customers will need to contact us at [email protected]jakeloshop.com to obtain an RMA number prior to returning the item.
Any returns without an RMA number may be refused.
After receiving confirmation from our customer service, please follow our customer service instructions and send the product back to us.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return and all costs incurred.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be considered a return.

Purchases do not qualify for return.

1. Final sale products and clearance products are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Swimwear and lingerie can only be returned/exchanged if they are defective/damaged or incorrect.

3. You must send us a photo showing the problem/defect via email.
Refunds (if applicable).
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return.

We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

All returns should be sent to our relevant warehouse address. Please contact our customer support team (email: [email protected]jakeloshop.com) to obtain the proper address for your order (please note that the company address is not our return address).
